Education Blog Posts - Short & Sweet!

Soooooo...... I am still getting used to this whole blogging thing. I decided to get Feedly, which is a place where people from all over the world can post blogs about whatever they want. Here is a quick screenshot of the accounts I decided to follow on the left hand side of the screenshot image under "Feeds."

I decided to follow "Teaching Ideas." Scrolling through gave me such amazing ideas for different crafts to include in the classroom. They have different ideas for any subject area. I am very creative, but not in the crafts area, does that make sense?! They had lots of different art crafts for different famous artists that would be really interesting to teach about in your classroom. They also had different sketch ideas and templates for students to watch a guided instructional video on how to sketch things like cats, rainbows, clouds, trees, bumblebee's, etc. Teaching is very important to me, and I felt that following blog pages/sites surrounded around the focus of teaching, education, and children would be the most beneficial and interesting to me. I will definitely be looking back at their posts at all the different ideas they have for teachers. You never want your students to be bored with what they are learning and doing in the classroom, so keep it colourful and creative!
